By my late twenties, my gut, my hormones, and chronic pain were running my life. I saw doctors, naturopaths, chiropractors, acupuncturists, each one helped me manage symptoms, but the symptoms kept coming back. I was told I likely couldn’t have children without IVF, and even that was a long shot.
So I stopped chasing symptoms and went looking for the root. What I found changed my health, and then it changed my life’s work.
For more than twenty years, I’ve helped people understand why their bodies have been responding the way they have. Today I also train other practitioners to do the same.
