“I absolutely must recommend my incredible baby nurse, LaStephaney Atkinson. She moved in with us in NJ for 30 days in August 2020. She and her family have been extremely safe during the pandemic – she even has her daughters in face shields in school now. She is a nurse and was extremely helpful when needing advice post-c-section, dealing with the baby’s belly button and circumcision and all of my postpartum ailments (did you know you can get plantar fasciitis postpartum?!). She is also knowledgeable when it comes to all things nursing.
She is just so lovely and easygoing.
She blended in with us seamlessly. There was nothing she needed or wanted that wasn’t out of the ordinary and she honestly didn’t need or want much. I thoroughly enjoyed spending my downtime with her. By the end of the month, she felt like a family member. She was wonderful with my 19-month-old, my 7-year-old Cavalier and of course my newborn.
She is a true expert and I already miss her. Anyone would be lucky to have her in their life when they get home from the hospital.
She is happy, energetic and sweet. She was never pushy, aggressive or demanding.
I had a baby nurse for my first son and she was full of knowledge but her demeanor and demands were overwhelming during an exceptionally overwhelming time for me and my family. I am certain I will see LaStephaney again because she is truly our friend and we only want all of the best for her.
