This is a fantastic dry rub for both beef and pork. This is my go to spice rub when I am smoking ribs.

Ingredients
- 2 ½ tbsp dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 ½ tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp ground bay leaves
- ¾ tsp ground coriander seed
- ¾ tsp ground savory
- ¾ tsp dried thyme
- ¾ tsp ground black pepper
- ¾ tsp ground white pepper
- ⅛ tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, mustard powder, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, bay leaves, coriander, savory, thyme, black pepper, white pepper, cumin, and salt. Store in an airtight jar at room temperature until ready to use.
