Mr. Hydrick is a Partner at Astraeus Global, where he is primarily responsible for the fund’s compliance and regulatory framework. His role also encompasses general business operations and investor relations.
Mr. Hydrick has over eight (8) years of professional experience in private equity, investment management, M&A and business operations. He joined Merrill Lynch, a global investment manager in 2018. At Merrill Lynch, he served as an Ultra-High Net Worth Portfolio Advisor, focusing on complex domestic and international tax and trust and estate planning strategies.
Mr. Hydrick has also held various M&A and private equity attorney roles at Latham & Watkins LLP, Chamberlain Hrdlicka White Williams & Aughtry PC, and Tailwinds Business Law, PLLC.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the University of Alabama, a Postgraduate Diploma in Translation (Spanish and Russian) from the University of Edinburgh (UK), and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Hydrick is also an active member of the Texas State Bar
Mr. Hussain is a Partner at Astraeus Global, where he is primarily responsible for the fund’s investment strategy, which includes derivative trading and options-based income generation. His role also encompasses general business operations including fund accounting and running the trading desk for the fund.
Mr. Hussain has over thirteen (13) years of professional experience in accounting & finance, private equity, investment management, business financing and operations. He joined Arthur Lawrence, a global consulting firm in 2012. At Arthur Lawrence, he served as Manager Finance & Accounting of global operations.
In 2018, Mr. Hussain joined ZT Corporate, a Houston-based private equity firm with investments in healthcare and automotive sectors. Over his tenure, he held various leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer, Accounting Controller & Director Family Officer.
He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Mr. Shah is a Partner at Astraeus Global, where he is primarily responsible for general business operations, investor relations, and fundraising.
Mr. Shah has over fifteen (15) years of professional experience in private equity, investment management, M&A and business operations. He joined Arthur Lawrence, a global consulting firm in 2010. At Arthur Lawrence, he served in multiple roles such as Assistant Manager Finance, Manager Global Delivery, Manager Global Solutions, and finally as Practice Director.
In 2015, Mr. Shah joined ZT Corporate, a Houston-based private equity firm with investments in healthcare and automotive sectors. Over his tenure, he held various leadership positions, including Chief Portfolio Officer, Head of M&A, Managing Director, Group Chief Operating Officer, Operating Partner and Chief Investment Officer.
He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Strategy from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
